Sometimes the best ideas start with a spark of curiosity—and a splash of bourbon. Mindy’s creative direction to Daniel was simple, yet unexpected: she loved Cadence, but wanted to take it in a new direction—more tonka, a boozy twist, and why not some pineapple? Sometimes compositions do come together with the wackiest of ideas.

Lavender & Bourbon opens with a golden pour of Pineapple and Boozy Cherries, a bright, syrupy warmth that immediately draws you in. Blackcurrant adds depth and a hint of tartness, giving the fruity opening a refined balance.

At its heart, Lavender Absolute and Lavender Fleurs (a Robertet Group extraction of just the flowers of the lavender plant without the stems) fill the air with the many facets of lavender—floral, herbaceous, and green—woven with Rosemary to evoke the warm, aromatic feeling of spices in the air on Thanksgiving morning.

As the composition evolves, Baking Spices, Vanilla, and Patchouli rise to the surface, creating a soft, spiced warmth that lingers like the final sip of a well-aged bourbon.

Lavender & Bourbon is both playful and poised—a toast to experimentation, craftsmanship, and the art of finding beauty in unexpected combinations, something that Gallagher Fragrances is well-known for.  🤓
