Goldfield & Banks pays homage to Australia’s first botanist and naturalist Joseph Banks. A curious explorer and prodigious collector.

Banks’ collection of Australian plants, seeds, insects, and wildlife was the first to reveal the vast botanical richness of the continent to the European world.

Likewise, they have gathered the finest ingredients from across the globe and brought them together with pure, natural essences drawn from the diverse and unique seeds, wood, flowers, lichen, resins, leaves and fruits of the Australian terrain.

Over the years Goldfield & Banks has developed in Australia a privileged partnership and friendship with pioneers in cultivating botanical species and essential oils and engage only the most experienced ingredient suppliers and growers who are passionate about premium crops with full traceability from the field to the final product. Their knowledge and accountability measures are unparalleled in this industry – they can not only tell you where the crop was grown on the farm but also more minute details such as the growing and harvesting conditions.  

Examples of our high grade oils used are Native Australian Sandalwood, Buddha Wood, Brown Boronia Tasmania, Blue Cypress, Wattle, Lavender, and Agarwood. 

Goldfield & Banks perfumes are vegan, cruelty free and all development techniques and methods meet the compliance requirements and are approved by the IFRA.
