Spyros first discovered Chai lattes when he was a Ph.D. student in Germany. Years later when he started in perfumery, he was interested in spices and decided to see if he could reconstruct one of his favorite beverages. The result is a perfume version of a chai latte, more sophisticated, less Starbucks. He is particularly proud of how the milk froth part is represented in the perfume.
