1. Can I place an order? Will Perfumology deliver?
Yes, Perfumology's activities are currently continuing with our doors partially closed to the public. However, delivery times may be longer than usual and we may need to ship to you in multiple packages. Please do not use delivery addresses for buildings that may be closed due to the current provisions (i.e. schools).
We are working with our selling partners to ship as efficiently as possible while reducing contact according to social distancing guidelines.
2. Is it safe to receive orders?
For guidance on COVID-19, please refer to the World Health Organization and Centers for Disease Control. We are staying informed and doing everything we can to stay safe for ourselves, family, and customers alike.
3. What is Perfumology doing to keep customers safe?
We are closely monitoring the impact of COVID-19. In an effort to reduce any potential spread of the virus, only five (5) customers are permitted in the perfumery at a time.
