1. Can I place an order? Will Perfumology deliver?
Yes, Perfumology's activities are currently continuing with our doors closed. However, delivery times may be longer than usual and we may need to ship to you in multiple packages. Please do not use delivery addresses for buildings that may be closed due to the current provisions (i.e. schools).
We are working with our selling partners to ship as efficiently as possible while reducing contact according to social distancing guidelines.
2. Is it safe to receive orders?
For guidance on COVID-19, please refer to the World Health Organization and Centers for Disease Control. We are staying informed and doing everything we can to stay safe for ourselves, family, and customers alike.
3. What is Perfumology doing to keep customers safe?
We are closely monitoring the impact of COVID-19. In an effort to reduce any potential spread of the virus, only one person (Nir) is permitted in the perfumery to fulfill orders. He is sanitizing upon entry, constantly washing hands, and wearing a fresh pair of gloves and a mask when filling orders.
4. Is it possible to reduce further contact with orders?
Maybe. Philadelphia is a big city, but if you're close enough Nir will drive your perfume to you at a reasonable hour to reduce the number of people in contact with your package. Please email email@example.com after you order to scheduled a contactless drop off to your door step outside. This may cause a small delay and your package may be shipped via USPS or UPS anyway.
